Richard P. Schulze is a principal of the law firm of Schulze Law Group, PC, a law firm serving the needs of clients throughout Nevada. After receiving his bachelor of art degree from Reed College in Portland, Oregon, Richard pursued his graduate education at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence and Master of Business Administration. He has lectured extensively to professionals on estate and business planning matters and is the author of numerous publications on estate planning and taxation.

Richard is an accredited VA attorney with over 25 years of Elder-Care law experience. His private law practice emphasizes creating effective estate plans for his clients utilizing a variety of tools and techniques, including revocable and irrevocable trusts and specialized Eldercare Wills. He is highly skilled in assisting clients in qualifying for and receiving Medicaid and the Veterans’ Aid & Attendance benefit.
Rich is a member of ElderCounsel ; the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys as well as Elderlaw Answers. A widely acclaimed speaker, Richard is a frequent lecturer to the public and professionals on estate, Medicaid, asset protection and tax planning matters.
In his free time, Rich enjoys hiking with his teenage daughters and exploring new cities. He is a nationally qualified powerlifter.
